How do I update the Name or Date of Birth on my account?

How to request a change: 
If your account is already verified, please reach out to our support team with your request and the reason for the change. Once reviewed, we will send you a secure email link to upload supporting documents:

• For typos or nicknames: A valid ID and a selfie.
• For legal changes (marriage/divorce): Your valid ID, a selfie, and your marriage/divorce certificate.

Date of Birth Corrections:

If your registered date of birth is incorrect, please contact support immediately with your explanation. We will verify your official records against your ID profile to update this information for you.
